In line with the filling up of the vacant technical positions which were processed in the TESDA Central Office, a total of five (5) employees were promoted effective March 16, 2009 as follows:  Zenaida Tuliao as Supervising TESD Specialist of TESDA Quirino Provincial Office and Evelyn P. Caday, Rogelio C. Rambuyan and Joel Dominador C. Canapi as Senior TESD Specialists.
 
In addition, Ms. Perla V. Lucas, the current Officer-in-Charge and Administrative Officer IV of the Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades (SICAT) in Santiago City was also promoted as Senior TESD Specialist of the Regional Training Center (RTC). Ms. Lucas will soon be handling the Housekeeping Training Program of the RTC.
