The Diocese of Bayombong, a Catholic religious sector, armed with the mission to reach the poor and the needy joins fight against global crisis.  Occasioned by the visit of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo last March 24, 2008, the strategy is to link with TESDA in order to fulfill the Diocesan desire of providing skills to the needy, hence as a prelude to the project, the Kasibu National Agricultural School is tapped to provide technical assistance.
